FTP Changes
GeekArtist hosting customers need to be aware of a change to how they login for FTP. This changes exists to improve security.
Before, you could use your cPanel login for FTP but were encouraged to create a separate FTP login.
Now, you can no longer use the cPanel login except for SFTP. You must contact me for the port for SFTP.
If you prefer FTP, to FTP to your account, log into cPanel and create an FTP account.
IMPORTANT: To give that account access to the document root, on the line that says Directory, put in: public_html
It should look like this:
